Before you ask
The ones everybody asks first.
Will the pins hurt my pet's skin?
The pins are rounded at the tip rather than cut flat, so they slide along the skin instead of catching. Use light pressure and let the weight of the brush do the work — pressing hard is what causes discomfort with any pin brush.
Does it work on cats as well as dogs?
Yes. The head is small enough for a cat and the rounded tips matter more on a cat than a dog. It is built for loose undercoat on both — long or short hair.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1-3 business days. Delivery is 7-15 business days after that. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and peak seasons can add time.
What if it doesn't work for us?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you or send a replacement. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back. The full refund policy is linked at the bottom of every page.
